I'm just really hoping the offset, width of the wheel, and size of tire fit fine. Everywhere says it should but YOU JUST NEVER KNOW.

Yeah there is that. I dont know how the stance nerds do it spending dough on custom built wheels I would be so nervous screwing it up.
